SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All items are shipped USPS, UPS or FED EX. No P.O. Boxes. Most orders ship in 2-4 business days. Orders shipped prior to holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Easter) may take longer to process. By finalizing this order you agree you have read our shipping policies and accept them. Special orders cannot be cancelled. Please realize once shipped, ground delivery to some destinations may take 5-6 working days in transit.
SHIPPING IN WARM WEATHER
All shipments in temperatures above 70 degrees (May-September) MUST be overnight delivery. If the weather in the area you are shipping to needs other arrangements, please let us know. Please give any special instructions with order.) Warm weather shipping will require that the buyer be charged for insulated shipping cartons. We do our best to insure it arrives safely. We are not liable for meltable products. No exceptions.
We will not be responsible for orders left outside by delivery handlers. We will not be responsible for orders not delivered on time because parties are not available to accept delivery. We will not be held liable for chocolate or candy shipped via USPS. When the USPS takes possession of the package, our liability ends.
RETURN POLICY
Prior approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization number must be assigned before any product may be returned. Return request must be made within two days following receipt of damaged goods. We do not accept food products back unless you receive damaged items or we have made the error. Please keep the original packaging, as UPS may ask for it to verify damages.
If we special order a product for you, the order cannot be cancelled. No refunds or credit on SPECIAL ORDERS. Please make sure you want a product before you special order.
